1. Who we are
Glowfy is an online skincare retailer in Bangladesh offering authentic products with cash on delivery and flat ৳100 nationwide shipping.
2. Orders and pricing
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes.
- Stock is shown on each product page and may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will refund any amount paid.
3. Cash on delivery
Most orders are paid in cash when the courier hands over the parcel. Please be available at the delivery address with the exact amount.
4. Shipping
Standard delivery is ৳100 flat across Bangladesh. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier partner. See our Shipping Policy for details.
5. Returns and refunds
Read our Refund Policy for the conditions under which we accept returns or issue refunds.
6. Acceptable use
- Don't use the site to break the law or interfere with other customers.
- Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Don't place fraudulent orders or refuse repeated COD parcels.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, images, logos — belongs to Glowfy or our licensors. You may share product pages but must not copy or republish content for commercial use without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
