How does cash on delivery work?+
Place your order, the courier brings it to your address, and you pay the exact amount in cash on receipt. No upfront payment needed.
How much is shipping?+
Flat ৳100 anywhere in Bangladesh, with no minimum order value.
How long does delivery take?+
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days. Remote upazilas may take up to 5 business days.
Are your products authentic?+
Yes. Every product is sealed and sourced through verified channels. If anything isn't sealed or genuine, we replace it.
Can I return a product?+
Damaged, sealed wrong, or wrong-item parcels are eligible for return within 3 days of delivery. Opened personal-care items can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
Do you ship outside Bangladesh?+
Not yet — we ship within Bangladesh only.
How do I cancel an order?+
Email us before the parcel ships and we'll cancel it. After it ships, simply refuse the parcel at delivery.
