Flat rate, nationwide. Cash on delivery available everywhere we deliver.

1. Delivery rate
- ৳100 flat shipping for every order, anywhere in Bangladesh.
- No minimum order value.
- Free shipping promotions, when available, are shown at checkout.
2. Delivery time
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Remote upazilas: up to 5 business days
Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders after 4:00 PM ship the next working day.
3. Cash on delivery
Pay the courier in cash when you receive your order. Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers can't always make change. You may inspect the outer packaging before payment.
4. Tracking
Once your parcel ships, we'll send a confirmation by SMS or email with the courier's tracking number. You can also message us anytime for an update.
5. Failed deliveries
If the courier can't reach you, they will retry once or hold the parcel at the nearest hub for up to 3 days. After that, the parcel is returned and the order is treated as cancelled. Repeated failed deliveries may affect future COD eligibility.
6. Damaged or missing parcels
Inspect your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 24 hours at support@glowfy.com.bd with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
7. International orders
We currently ship within Bangladesh only.
