Refund & Return Policy
If something arrives damaged, sealed wrong, or doesn't match your order, we'll make it right.

1. What we accept
- Items damaged in transit (broken seals, leaking, crushed packaging)
- Wrong product received (different from what you ordered)
- Manufacturing defects identified within the first use
2. What we cannot accept
- Opened or used personal-care items, except where defective
- Returns requested more than 3 days after delivery
- Items damaged by misuse after delivery
- Change-of-mind returns once the seal is broken
3. How to request a return
- Email support@glowfy.com.bd within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We'll confirm whether the return qualifies and arrange next steps.
- Approved returns are picked up by our courier or sent back via your nearest hub.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
- For COD orders, refunds are issued via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer to the account you provide.
- Original shipping is refunded only when the issue is our fault.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel a pending order any time before it ships by emailing us. Once shipped, please refuse the parcel at delivery if you no longer want it.
