Refund & Return Policy

If something arrives damaged, sealed wrong, or doesn't match your order, we'll make it right.

1. What we accept

  • Items damaged in transit (broken seals, leaking, crushed packaging)
  • Wrong product received (different from what you ordered)
  • Manufacturing defects identified within the first use

2. What we cannot accept

  • Opened or used personal-care items, except where defective
  • Returns requested more than 3 days after delivery
  • Items damaged by misuse after delivery
  • Change-of-mind returns once the seal is broken

3. How to request a return

  1. Email support@glowfy.com.bd within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  2. We'll confirm whether the return qualifies and arrange next steps.
  3. Approved returns are picked up by our courier or sent back via your nearest hub.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer to the account you provide.
  • Original shipping is refunded only when the issue is our fault.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel a pending order any time before it ships by emailing us. Once shipped, please refuse the parcel at delivery if you no longer want it.
